“I sat with the fabulous, multi-award-winning and talented Candice Mama”

In this month's issue of Careers Magazine I sat with the fabulous, multi-award-winning and talented Candice Mama to unpack her story of Forgiveness.

A trying tale that exposes the holes left by the nails of our frightful past. How in some ways, we(as a people - collectively and individually) were only left with (among other things) Forgiveness in the aftermath of what can be deemed as one of the greatest stories of carnage and horror - Apartheid.

The stoicism of some of this nation's people is unfathomable and equally remarkable.

I appreciated sitting with my old colleague Bongani Tau and reflecting on forgiveness in regards to ourselves - as individuals as well as collectively as a country
