Cairo International Book Fair

“Candice Mama is a young writer with a unique experience in human tolerance, and she wrote about it in her first literary work, which had a great human impact with her book”

- Essam Abdel Hafiz (Chief Editor Akhbar El-Yom)

I am humbled to be one one of the first South Africans to be invited to the largest and longest running book fairs in Africa, alongside Ma Ndileka Mandela

It has once again highlighted tp me that no matter the language, cultural or racial differences the power of human story is universal

I was interviewed by the charismatic Dr Rasha Samir and left with the hopes of translating my book into Arabic
